Less time on the front desk, more time with patients

Clinics and diagnostic centres lose revenue to missed appointments and lapsed follow-ups, and lose hours to reception work that a system should handle.

Where clinic time and revenue go

Appointment booking is all phone calls

Reception spends the day on the phone booking, rescheduling and confirming, which is also when patients are standing at the counter waiting.

No-shows are absorbed

Patients forget. Without an automatic reminder, a meaningful share of slots go empty and nobody counts what that costs.

Follow-ups never happen

A patient due for a review in three months is remembered only if they remember. Recall is one of the largest missed revenue lines in a clinic.

Records are on paper

Finding a patient's history means finding a file. Continuity depends on the same doctor remembering.

Consumable stock runs out

Nobody tracks consumption until something needed is unavailable during a procedure.

Billing and reporting are manual

Day-end collection tallying and any management reporting is an evening exercise for someone.

What we build

Systems for clinics and diagnostic centres

📅

Appointment management

Online booking, doctor-wise slots, queue handling and automatic confirmation plus reminder messages that cut no-shows.

📋

Patient records

Visit history, prescriptions, reports and documents in one record with strict role-based access, so continuity does not depend on memory.

🔄

Follow-up recall

Patients due for review flagged automatically with a reminder sent at the right time. Usually the fastest-returning part of the system.

💳

Billing and packages

Consultation, procedures, packages and insurance handling with day-end collection reconciliation done by the system.

📊

Practice reporting

Patient volume, revenue by doctor and service, no-show rate and recall compliance available without anyone preparing a report.

FAQ

Healthcare questions

How is patient data protected?

The system runs on your own server or cloud account with role-based access, so staff see only what their role requires, and every access is logged.

Patient information is among the most sensitive data any business holds. We will also discuss with you what your obligations are and make sure the system supports them — though for the legal position you should confirm with your own advisor.

Can patients book appointments themselves?

Yes — through a booking page or a WhatsApp flow, with slots taken from your live doctor schedule. This takes a large share of routine calls away from reception.

Do you integrate with lab or imaging equipment?

Where the equipment supports it, yes — results can flow directly into the patient record rather than being entered manually. We check the specific machines before committing.

We are a single-doctor clinic. Is this worth it?

Often the appointment and recall parts alone are, because missed follow-ups are real lost revenue. But we would scope something small and focused rather than a full practice system, and we will say so if even that does not justify itself yet.

What percentage of your appointment slots go empty?

If you do not track it, it is usually higher than you think — and it is one of the easiest things to fix.
