AI TRAINING

AI training that changes how your team works on Monday

Most corporate AI training is a two-hour demo everyone forgets. We train on your team's actual tasks, with their real files, and leave behind prompts and processes they use the next day.

Why most AI training fails

The gap is not awareness. It is application.

Your team already knows AI exists. Many of them have tried ChatGPT once or twice, got an average result, and quietly stopped. The problem is not that they need convincing — it is that nobody has shown them how it applies to the specific work sitting in their inbox.

A generic workshop about “the future of AI” does not close that gap. What closes it is sitting with the purchase executive and rebuilding the way she compares three supplier quotations, or with the sales team and rewriting how they prepare for a customer meeting. Specific work, their files, an immediately better result.

That is how we run training. We interview a few people beforehand to find the tasks that eat the most time in each department, build the session around those, and have everyone do the work live rather than watch a screen.

The other thing we insist on is honesty about limits. Teams that are not told where AI gets things wrong either trust it too much and make expensive errors, or catch one mistake and abandon it entirely. We show the failure modes deliberately.

By department

What each team learns to do

💰

Sales team

Preparing for customer meetings, drafting proposals and follow-ups in your tone, summarising long enquiry threads, and writing quotation covering notes in minutes instead of an hour.

🛒

Purchase team

Comparing supplier quotations quickly, drafting negotiation messages, summarising specification documents and spotting the differences buried in long terms.

📋

Accounts team

Explaining ledger discrepancies in plain language, drafting payment follow-ups, summarising ageing reports and preparing the questions to ask before an audit.

👥

HR team

Screening CVs against a real job requirement, drafting job posts and policies, preparing interview questions and summarising appraisal feedback fairly.

📣

Marketing team

Producing social content and product descriptions at volume without sounding generic, and turning one piece of content into ten formats.

💼

Owners and managers

Using AI to think through decisions — stress-testing a plan, summarising research, preparing for negotiations, and getting a second view on a proposal.

⚙

Operations team

Writing SOPs from how work is actually done, converting messy notes into structured records, and drafting the checklists that keep quality consistent.

🛠

Automation builders

For the one or two technical people in your team — connecting tools, building simple workflows, and knowing when to call for help.

🔒

Everyone: safe use

What must never be pasted into a public AI tool, how to verify an answer, and the specific ways AI gets things confidently wrong.

Format

How a training engagement runs

Pre-session interviews

We talk to a few people from each department to find the tasks that take the most time and the most repetition. The session content is then built around those, not off a shelf.

Hands-on workshop

Half a day to a full day per group, everyone on their own laptop, working on their own real files. Nobody watches a slideshow — every concept is immediately practised.

Department playbook

You keep a written playbook per department: the tasks covered, the exact prompts that worked, and what to check before trusting the output. New joiners can pick it up.

Follow-up session after four weeks

People hit real obstacles once they start using it daily. We come back, solve those specifically, and push the team to the next level rather than leaving them at basics.

What you get

FAQ

AI training questions

Our team is not technical at all. Is this suitable?

Yes — this is the group that benefits most, because the tasks they do are the most repetitive. Nothing in the training requires coding or technical background. If someone can use WhatsApp and Excel, they can do this.

We run sessions in the language mix your team is comfortable with.

How many people can attend a session?

We cap hands-on groups at around fifteen so everyone gets individual attention while working on their own files. For larger organisations we run multiple groups, usually split by department since the content differs.

Do we need to pay for AI tools?

Not necessarily. A great deal is possible on free tiers, and we will show your team what those cover. Where a paid tool genuinely pays for itself — usually for heavy document work or larger context — we will say so specifically rather than recommending everything.

We have no commercial relationship with any AI vendor, so the recommendation is based on your use, not a commission.

Is this online or on site?

Both work. On site tends to produce better engagement and we recommend it for the first session. Follow-ups work well online. For teams across multiple locations we run online sessions with smaller groups.

What is the difference between training and getting you to build automation?

Training helps your team do their existing work faster using AI by hand. Automation removes the work so nobody has to do it at all.

Most businesses need both, and training usually comes first — once your team understands what AI can do, they start identifying automation opportunities themselves, and those suggestions are far better than anything we would guess. See AI automation.

Which department loses the most time to repetitive work?

That is where training pays back fastest. Tell us and we will outline what a session for them would cover.
